Pizza Party

Just like his dad, Thomas is a major lover of pizza. So, it seemed fitting to throw him a pizza party for his 2-year-old birthday bash! I planned all things pizza! Pizza for dinner, Pin the Pepperoni on the Pizza, sculpt a play-dough pizza, cake that looks like pizza. I was not surprised when all that we really did at the party was eat the food, adults chatted, and kids played in the sand box. Themes= not necessary. 2 year-olds just want to play. Adults just want to sit. It was a nice evening and Thomas dug right in to his pizza!

This boy received some really fun gifts from his buddies and his family!

Including a quiet book for church. He actually wants to play with it all day long!

"Chair time!" These kids were adorable. They kept announcing, "Chair time!" and relocating their row of chairs for a sit.

As the evening wore on, T wore out. His three teeth coming in didn't help his situation.

Thomas is a special boy! He's a bright little fella' who knows his colors, letters, and many of their sounds. He's often a helper at home with cleaning and consoling/entertaining his sister. He is so funny! He pulls faces, thinks up the funniest things, plays pretend, and can really bust a move. He's careful and wary of new people and places. He's thoughtful and loving. He's a good boy...although he is two and testing the waters to see how far he can go sometimes. He fits perfectly into our family and makes each day a whole lot more fun! We love this boy so much!
