Last week I got a phone call. A couple girlfriends wanted to throw a Halloween party and I thought that sounded like a lot more fun than just handing out candy. One problem: I have ZERO Halloween decorations. Luckily, between Michelle"s (princess below) great stash of decor and the Dollar Store we made it happen.

*Please ignore the fact that the two photos of my family are HUGE. I'm not that vain. Just figuring out how to do picture collages. I'll get better...hopefully. And in case you can't tell, "Devil"ed egg, Pizza, and Banana.
Chris has never been a big Halloween fan while I've known him. I don't know if it was the new father coming out in him, but he got all festive with the costumes this year. I sent him to the store Saturday for a couple groceries. He returned 2 1/2 hours later with a new sewing machine and fabric. That evening, he sat down and created Thomas' lovely banana costume (zipper and all). I got me a Renaissance Man! Didn't even know he could sew!

We had quite the group of little cuties attend as well. The awesome Marchant boys took time out of trick-or-treating to stop by for a bit. You can tell those brothers are such good buddies! Then Aimsley (pretty little frog in the middle) gathered all her boyfriends around for a photo op.
Happy Halloween! I really want to decorate for Christmas now! Is it too soon?

Never too soon to decorate for Christmas :) and sweet party!
I agree, it's never too soon to decorate for Christmas! And that's great that Chris can sew, he did a way good job on Thomas's costume! I'm impressed.
Go Thomas! Those pictures are just too cute. The party looks like a success.
I can't believe that Chris sewed those costumes! I have zero confidence that I could sew something that great, especially with the zipper. Chris, I am thoroughly impressed.
