I've read about it in books (most recently A Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy). Any of you pregnant ladies or mommies ever hear the phrase, "Don't worry about it. You're pregnant."? Unfortunately, I've heard that more than once in the last few weeks. Whether it's been not recalling something that JUST happened, eating ANOTHER extra helping, or letting my emotions send me into tears 4 times in one day, I sometimes think I'm going a little crazy.
Pregnancy brings surprises...like every day. There's the sickness that randomly keeps popping back into my life, the beloved "pregnancy mask", other neat body changes in shape and function, or the seriously-never-gets-old "Chris! Feel it! He's moving again!" It's interesting, fun, tiring, hard, scary, and mostly awesome and exciting.
Every night a lay awake trying to figure out what to call our little man. It's just not coming to me....and probably just another thing that is making me pretty insane. So, if you have any suggestion, let me know!

Maybe it's just one of those names that will "come" to you. When my cousin and his wife had a baby, it took them a full 2 days after the little guy was born to decide on a name. That probably doesn't help, does it? Oh well, you'll think of something.
with jayden, i knew that was going to be his name. with josh, it took months after he was born for me to feel like his name fit! you will know when you find the right name!
Nicole! Steve and I just watched "Freakonomics" and there is a hilarious section at the beginning about baby names and their "lasting impact" on kids lives. Give us a call and we can give you our Netflix info to get on and check it out (maybe I shouldn't admit online that I will just give that to you but...oh well).
